Mike Fenton, owner of Moss Homes based in the sunny south of Spain, talks to us about his Fisbo system.

We just fell in love with the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of Fisbo says Mike.

Finding a partner that quickly understood what we needed, and was willing to customise our solution has been a huge help to us. Previously we were using a combination of Skype and our personal mobiles, but with the team growing we wanted something that would grow with us.

Professionalism is also very important dealing with clients, and it's not always ideal giving out personal mobile numbers. We couldn't work out which calls were business and which were personal.

We had some existing numbers that we wanted to port in to Fisbo, which they took care of for us. Then, we added numbers in the UK and America - there are lots of people interesting in buying holiday homes that can't always call an international number so we were missing out on business.

When customers call us now, we now have a professional phone menu, that lets callers go through to sales or lettings. We are only a small team, but getting callers to the right group saves us transferring them. If nobody in the right team is available, the calls are set to ring us all.

The hands-down most convenient part of the whole solution is that it uses an app on our phones - even though Fisbo supports desk phones, we got rid of them as we preferred our mobiles. It's so handy using your mobile in the office and also out-and-about.

I just set my mobile app to do not disturb if I'm busy. Another nice feature is we can transfer calls at the touch of a button, and the call quality is fantastic, and it really makes a difference when speaking internationally.
