Even though we are all using the Fisbo app on our mobiles, customers calling in get professional greetings, and we can transfer the calls to each other, so a customer can consult with a stylist about a treatment, and then quickly be put through to the front desk to arrange a suitable appointment.
When we call out from the app, our business number shows just as it would when we used the desk phones. The best thing is that we have our system hours automatically set so that we never get disturbed when the salon is closed.
